Enterprises should, based on their self inspection results, complete comprehensive rectification of food safety production, management defects and loopholes identified during self inspection in accordance with hygiene regulations before the implementation of hygiene regulations, and form a rectification report to report to the local food and drug regulatory department. The notice also requires the health and family planning department to organize experts in food safety laws, regulations, standards, and other aspects to carry out publicity and training on hygiene standards, answer questions and clarify doubts about standards, and track and evaluate work. The food and drug regulatory authorities should organize regulatory personnel to participate in the promotion and learning of hygiene standards, improve their ability to govern according to law and conduct scientific supervision.
