Platform manual movement speed and platform automatic movement speed: The speed can be set according to real-time debugging and real-time processing;

Response time and lag time of each component: the optimal setting time for machine debugging, which generally does not need to be changed;

Set the number of automatic product processing times: In automatic processing mode, set the processing formula quantity, and automatically stop when the set quantity is reached;

Set the coordinate values of the electronic balance platform corresponding to the nozzle:

Nozzles 1, 2, and 3 form the X1 coordinate value, nozzles 4, 5, and 6 form the X2 coordinate value, and so on. Nozzle layout diagram:

Left click the right or left arrow button on the platform without releasing it, and the electronic balance will move the cup in a straight line on the platform to X1. After the line connecting the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd nozzle heads coincides with the vertical centerline of the cup, click on the X1 value. The initial value of this value is 00000. Click on this value to pop up a box, and then enter the value displayed in the lower right corner. The X1 coordinate value is set. Similarly, the X-axis coordinate positioning of the mobile platform is completed.
