Many buildings had reached the completion and delivery status, and some trucks carrying spices occasionally entered and exited. The recently launched investment project also attracted many spice merchants to come and negotiate. Some buildings are undergoing interior and exterior decoration or are in the main construction stage, with hundreds or thousands of workers distributed throughout their respective areas, contributing their wisdom to the early completion of the project.

This complex of dozens of buildings is very grand in scale, with spacious internal roads. The construction of Yulin International Spice Trading Center mainly includes spice trading markets, refrigerated warehouses, international spice exhibition centers, inspection and testing centers, e-commerce and R&D buildings, logistics and warehousing facilities, and other supporting facilities. Currently, most of the buildings have been completed or entered the stage of interior and exterior decoration. The first phase of Yulin International Spice Trading Center project is planned to be put into operation by the end of October 2021. "Li Hai, Deputy General Manager of Yulin Fuda Agricultural Products Cold Chain Co., Ltd., told reporters that the project has entered the investment stage, and the project's investment signing rate has exceeded 50%. The trading area has begun to open one after another, and various preparations for opening are underway.

It is reported that the trading center is currently intensively accelerating its construction. Among them, six commercial buildings in the trading area have completed fine decoration, while other commercial buildings are undergoing interior and exterior decoration, and a few buildings will start construction early next year. Four standardized steel structure warehouses have also completed the construction of exterior panel sealing, and are currently undergoing final construction such as aluminum alloy and rolling shutter door installation, as well as interval division. Each warehouse has an area of approximately 10000 square meters. As a sub venue of this year's Pharmaceutical Expo, the International Spice Exhibition Center has basically completed its exterior decoration, with 80% of the interior decoration and cable laying construction completed. It is expected to be completed on November 5th and begin exhibition setup. In addition, the exterior decoration of the comprehensive building and the spice building has been completed, and all external frames, tower cranes, construction elevators, etc. have been removed. Currently, glass curtain walls and other decorations are being installed, and the overall construction has been completed by 90%.

The bonded logistics center project of the second phase of the project is expected to start construction in December 2021, with a total investment of about 2 billion yuan and a land area of about 810 acres. It is expected to complete the construction of the entire park project by the end of 2023. After the project is fully completed and put into operation, it is expected to have an annual transaction volume of up to 50 billion yuan. It will not only form a complete spice trade and processing industry chain, but also become the most complete, diverse, and largest modern agricultural product comprehensive cold chain logistics distribution center and service base in Guangxi, and even the largest international spice trading center in China, helping Yulin to build the city's business card as the "Southern Spice Capital".
