Product lifecycle management is the key to brand R&D management. The launch of COFCO PLM system is based on the R&D innovation system management system released by COFCO Group. COFCO's product and technology strategy drives the company's resource and product portfolio management, selecting suitable new product projects for the company's business and utilizing the Stage gate system to ensure the correct execution of these projects.
